Bon titre (“the right fare”) is a personal project born in Boucherville, from a simple question: “For this trip, today, which fare do I buy?” The answer depends on zones, the route, the time, temporary measures and what else you do that day. Nobody should pay $5.00 for a trip that costs $3.75.
What Bon titre is not
Bon titre has no ties to the Autorité régionale de transport métropolitain (ARTM), the STM, the RTL, the STL, exo or the REM. It sells nothing, takes no commission and shows no ads. Prices are computed from the public fare grid; they are indicative and you should always check when you buy.

When a zone or a rule is uncertain, Bon titre says so or declines to answer. It never guesses a price: the wrong fare costs riders money.
